The Coffs Harbour Technology Park is an exciting new development which provides lots of land for technology based* businesses to locate and build. These lots are immediately adjacent to the Coffs Harbour Education Campus (CHEC) where synergies with the campus can be developed. CHEC is a partnership between the Southern Cross University, North Coast TAFE and the Coffs Harbour Senior College. Only minutes from the airport and CBD the park offers all services associated with any state of the art business looking to relocate to a vibrant regional area.
The park consists of six lots of land, two of which are partially serviced and awaiting a suitable tenant and the highly successful Coffs Harbour Innovation Centre (CHIC) which has seen many local innovative businesses develop and grow into full commercialisation.
All blocks are situated on the northern boundary of the campus; the park is in a beautiful, quiet location. It is bounded on the northern edge by virgin bushland on undulating land which will allow technology park buildings to be designed to take advantage of this bushland and views of the surrounding hills. This is important because it provides an outstanding work environment which will give the park additional longevity.
The Coffs Harbour Technology Park offers both building lots of land and will eventually offer quality office accommodation for smaller businesses. A full-time manager will provide a full range of business development services.
The drawing below shows Lots 2, 3 and 4. Lot 2 is the current site of the Innovation Centre. Lot 3 (8033 sq m) is large enough for at least two to three buildings with ample car parking. Lot 4 has been sub-divided into four building blocks (41=1405 sq m; 42=993.7sqm; 44=716.2sqm and 45=945.2sqm).
