The Coffs Harbour Innovation Centre offers accommodation and business services to 'incubating businesses' at the incubating rate of $189.00 per sq m + GST. It also offers limited accommodation at a commercial rate of $250 per sq m +GST.

The Centre has the following room availability:

2 x 10 sq m offices

2 x 13 sq m offices

1 x 20 sq m office

6 x 27 sq m offices

1 x 61 sq m office

Electricity, telephone and internet services are at cost to the tenant.

Typical examples of room leasing costs:

• 10 sq m office -$1890 pa or $36.25 per week + GST
• 27 sq m office -$5103 pa or $98.14 per week + GST

Businesses wishing to participate in the SSHED Business Development Program will pay an additional small weekly fee.
